I offer a flexible fee structure. Please contact me so that we may discuss your specific needs. If I cannot provide the services you need at a rate you can afford, I will be happy to offer referrals for you to consider.

Insurance

Currently I accept Cigna, Health Republic, Magnacare affiliated insurances, Multiplan affiliated insurances and Empire Blue Cross.

If you have out-of-network benefits with another carrier, your insurance company may reimburse you for psychotherapy. I can provide you with an invoice containing the necessary information that insurance companies require to process your claim. Please check with your provider for the details of your policy and to see if pre-certification is required.

Payment

I accept electronic payments (PayPal), cash and personal checks for payment. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.
